If you have completed a commercial training, you can work in the most various departments at Lanxess, such as the purchasing, HR, sales, marketing, or logistics department, to name only a few. Depending on your area of employment, you will be in direct contact with our customers and suppliers. You will work independently right from the get-go, both in operative day-to-day business and in various projects.

If you already have several years of professional experience, however, you will be able to further develop your own strengths and interests on the job at a growing, exciting company with a flat hierarchy and modern organizational structure, work on international projects and possibly even accept an offer to stay and work abroad for a while.
