MatriX - the LANXESS trainee programs
Under the motto “Prepare for the future,” we recruit particularly qualified university graduates for our international trainee programs each year.
Over the time of 18 months you will get the opportunity to have a closer look to several departments by modular assignments. Depending on your personal preferences, interests and technical knowledge and the company’s own requirements, we will customize your very own program together with you and your mentor. Your input is very welcome in this process as you have the opportunity to choose several optional assignments during the program. Your program will include at least one assignment abroad as well as cooperation on comprehensive, international projects. This way we will be able to best foster your strengths and interests and to prepare you for your future tasks and executive functions.
You can apply for the Controlling, Finance, HR, Engineering or Marketing Program from April on of each year. The programs commence on 1 October in each case.
