LANXESS is represented on the world markets – an environment in which English and, increasingly, Chinese are becoming more and more important. As one of the strongest markets of the future, China is becoming an ever greater focus for business – and being able to speak the language can pave the way for an international career.
Since Chinese as yet features only very rarely on the curriculum of schools in Germany, LANXESS offers additional courses to students at two high schools in Leverkusen. In addition to their regular lessons, students can attend Chinese courses funded by the company and gain a skill already very much in demand at international companies such as LANXESS.
