Committees
The Supervisory Board of LANXESS AG has established four committees (see Article 9, Para. 2 of the Rules of Procedure for the Supervisory Board). Besides the Executive Committee these are a Personnel Resources Committee, an Audit Committee and a committee pursuant to Article 27, Para. 3 of the Codetermination Act. The committees consist of stockholder and employee representatives as shown below:
