The reconciliation of work and family life is of high importance at LANXESS because we are aware of the fact that professional success is inseperably linked to satisfaction in private life. In this respect, our perception of family not only covers the topic childcare but includes the topic eldercare as well. We offer to our employees a wide range of measures, such as flexible working hours, part-time or the opportunity to work from home.

Furthermore we are cooperating with the Familienservice, which is a well recognized service provider in Germany. Our employees from all locations in Germany can make use at no charge of the Familienservice for a broad range of consulting and placement services related to childcare and eldercare. Especially for childcare in emergency situations the Familienservice is supporting our employees with a bundle of services.

In a continuous process LANXESS is developing further concepts for an even better reconciliation of work and family life.
