Product Description

NOFIA® HM9000 is a transparent phosphorus-based homopolymer flame retardant additive for manufacturers requiring a balanced melt-flow profile in demanding thermoplastic applications. The product combines non-halogenated, non-corrosive, and non-migrating properties with an exceptionally high limiting oxygen index and reliable transparency. With light transmittance above 88%, Tg of about 105°C, TGA decomposition of ≥ 460°C, and UL 94 V0 performance at 0.4 mm, NOFIA® HM9000 supports high-performance flame-retardant solutions for PET, PTT, PBT, PLA, PC, TPU, and TPEE resin systems. It is suitable for fibers, foams, electrical connectors, wire and cable, transparent sheet products, and blown films.
