The journey of Lanxess HPM towards a sustainable Durethan and Pocan portfolio will be highlighted. The sustainability strategy of of Lanxess HPM targets both reduction of product carbon footprints as well as increasing content of recycled raw materials. In the first part of the talk, we will present measures for carbon footprint reduction in our Caprolactam production facility. The second part of the presentation will focus on the usage of recycled feedstocks in our materials, such as glass fibers based on post industrial recycling.
