Product Description
ADDITIN® M 97.003 N is a high-performance additive package for the formulation of demulsifying slideway oils used in machine tools. Its carefully balanced additive technology helps optimize friction behavior, wear protection and corrosion resistance while ensuring reliable separation from water-miscible metalworking fluids.
The package enables the formulation of slideway oils with excellent lubrication performance, even under high loads and at low feed speeds. It also supports smooth machine operation through reduced stick-slip effects and improved surface protection.

Formulation Advantages
ADDITIN® M 97.003 N can be used to formulate ISO VG 68 slideway oils and is compatible with various tackifier polymers, such as polyisobutylenes. For vertical slideways, the addition of suitable tackifiers can further enhance adhesive properties and help maintain a stable lubricating film under high-load conditions.
