Lewatit® GF 808 is a macroporous unfunctionalized adsorber in form of spherical beads. The morphology of its acrylic polymer matrix is optimized for the immobilization of enzymes. Thus Lewatit® GF 808 especially suitable as lipase carrier in the production of biodiesel through enzymatic transesterification.
