Bayhibit® is a calcium carbonate scale inhibitor and water softener for use in industrial and institutional cleaning formulations. It offers excellent performance under high alkaline and high temperature conditions. Being stable against halogen containing oxidation agents Bayhibit® can also be used as raw material for hypochlorite containing disinfectant cleaners.

Epiphos®
Under the trade name Epiphos®, LANXESS has developed a collection of selected mixtures of phosphoric acid mono-, di- and tri-esters based on different alcohols. Depending on the alcohol groups, the products can be emulsifiers, foam regulators, dispersants, wetting or dissolving agents. As mild acids, most of the Epiphos® products have very low corrosion potential and can be used for acidic cleaners.
Mersolat®
Mersolat® H is an anionic surfactant mainly used for the production of highly concentrated, liquid and pasty detergents and as wetting agent for the textile and leather industry. It is also widely-used in acidic or alkaline industrial and institutional hard surface cleaners or disinfectant cleaners as well as laundry and dishwasher detergents.
