A new technology for dry-film preservation
As the efficacy of biocides decreases over time due to natural decomposition at site or washing out by rain, LANXESS has developed an innovative slow release technology, Preventol® next.
This technology reduces the release of the active compound from the coating to keep the active where it is needed - "in the paint film".
Thus, the product needs a lower amount of active ingredient compared to the standard grade formulation. This technology results in many advantages like environmental aspects and enhanced efficacy.
