IPEL® ProWood

The IPEL® ProWood product line was designed based on the manufacturer's needs for wood preservatives, paints, varnishes, and stains. Its different functionalities add value to wood preservatives, such as fungus and insect control, dimensional stability, protection against humidity, uniformity of the fiber, and wood tone. All this increases the quality and efficiency of the formulations of products indicated for wood protection.

To complete the IPEL® ProWood line, we have developed a water-repellent additive that can be used in formulations of wood preservatives, termiticides, paints, varnishes, and solvent-based stains. Increases dry wood protection as it improves dimensional stability and moisture protection. The additive also improves the retention of the active ingredients inside the wood. Beyond protection, the water-repellent additive also has a secondary function, acting as a matting agent.

The IPEL® Prowood line also counts with stain remover and wood whitener additives. These additives restore the natural beauty of wood and can also be applied to other materials such as paper, cork, and straw. Available in concentrated form or ready to use.
