RHENOFIT® 3555

Rhenofit® 3555 is a multifunctional vulcanization activator and filler promoter, based on amine-derived activating substances supported on highly reinforcing silica. It accelerates vulcanization significantly and improves the dispersion of all compounding ingredients, especially light-colored reinforcing fillers.

Vulcanizates formulated with Rhenofit® 3555 exhibit enhanced physical properties, such as increased hardness and improved mechanical strength. In cellular and sponge rubber compounds, it also promotes blowing agent activity for uniform foam structure. Rhenofit® 3555 is best added together with fillers during mixing for optimal performance.
