Product Description

Rhenogran® Geniplex-70 (zinc dicyanato diamine, ~70% active) is a high efficiency, nitrosaminefree ultra accelerator/activator for sulfur curing systems. It increases crosslink density, shortens cure times, and reduces the decomposition temperature of blowing agents, enabling uniform, finecell EPDM sponge, and reliable processing.

Supplied as a low dusting, polymerbound masterbatch, it disperses rapidly and consistently in the mix. Rhenogran®  Geniplex-70 supports nitrosaminefree cure packages, allowing formulators to avoid thiuram/dithiocarbamate systems while maintaining processing safety and performance. For heat-resistant technical parts and cellular compounds, it offers a robust pathway to modern, compliant curing.
