Product Description

Addocat® 118 from LANXESS is a highly selective blowing-biased tertiary amine catalyst developed for rigid polyurethane foam systems . It is specifically optimized for 1K and 2K cartridge foam formulations and supports efficient promotion of the blowing reaction while contributing to improved storage stability. With an active ingredient content ≥ 98% and a typical dosage of approx. 1.0 part per 100 parts polyol/blowing agent mixture (2K) or prepolymer/blowing agent mixture (1K), it enables defined reactivity control in industrial processing. 

Addocat® 118 offers a technically reliable solution for consistent rigid foam production and formulation stability.
