Product Description

Bayoxide® C GN-R is a technical chromium oxide green pigment. This product is well established in the refractory industry where it is used in the production of refractory bricks. These bricks are often used in glass furnace linings, in the steel production process or in the chemical industry. This LANXESS product for the refractory industry stands out from competing products because of its unique morphological and surface chemistry properties, which allow the manufacture of very high density green bodies. Unlike alternative refractories, chromium oxide bricks can be used for up to ten years and are very cost effective.
