RHENOCURE® TP/S

Rhenocure® TP/S is a color stable specialty accelerator based on zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate bound to silica. It is designed for rapid vulcanization of EPDM and other diene rubbers such as NR, IR, SBR, NBR, and IIR without forming nitrosamines. Additionally, it promotes a high degree of crosslinking and provides vulcanizates with excellent heat aging resistance.

Vulcanizates accelerated by Rhenocure® TP/S generally do not show any signs of blooming. EPDM compounds containing Rhenocure® TP/S are easy to process and exhibit particularly good flow properties, even in complicated molds.

Its free-flowing, low dusting powder form ensures easy dosing and fast dispersion during mixing. It can be used in combination with MBT, TMTD, MBTS, or TMTM depending on the rubber type.
