Product Description
Rhenogran® PCZ 70/IIR is a predispersed curing system combining heat-reactive alkylphenol resin and zinc oxide in an IIR binder. Used with halogen donors, it produces vulcanizates with high crosslink density, excellent heat resistance, and superior compression set performance.
Its granule form ensures clean dosing and uniform dispersion, simplifying processing in rubber compounds. Especially effective for bladders and tubes, Rhenogran® PCZ 70/IIR improves cure consistency and extends service life. The specially designed binder and dispersants guarantee rapid dispersion and reliable resin/ZnO activity.
