Product Description
Rhenogran® WBC 560/IIR is a predispersed curing system combining heat-reactive alkylphenol resin and zinc oxide in an IIR binder. It produces vulcanizates with high crosslink density, excellent heat resistance, and superior compression set performance.
Its granule form ensures clean dosing and uniform dispersion, simplifying processing in rubber compounds. Especially effective for bladders and tubes, Rhenogran® WBC 560/IIR improves cure consistency and extends service life. The specially designed binder and dispersants guarantee rapid distribution and dispersion of resin and ZnO.
