Ashless and chlorine free additive package for the formulation of metalworking oils and emulsion concentrates for a broad variety of metal removal and metal forming processes

Additin® RC 9720 N is an ashless and chlorine free additive package with excellent extreme pressure, antiwear, lubricity and corrosion protection performance. It is suitable to formulate cutting oils (e.g. automatic machining, drilling, broaching, honing, turning) and cold forming oils (deep drawing, cold extrusion, ironing, wire drawing, tube drawing, profiling e.g.) for the following materials: yellow metals, aluminum alloys, all types of carbon steel, stainless steel and titanium alloys. The treat rate recommendation of Additin® RC 9720 N for the formulation of metalworking fluids is 2% - 20% by weight in basefluids with viscosities adjusted to the process requirements.
