Isigard® GA 50
Isigard® GA 50 is a fast-acting, liquid biocide formulated with 50% glutaraldehyde in water (Glutaraldehyde). Developed for the broad-spectrum preservation of home care products - including detergents, cleaners, and laundry products, Isigard® GA 50 ensures robust protection against bacteria, mold, and yeast. Its high water solubility (1000 g/L), non-foaming nature, and non-surface active profile provide seamless integration into most formulations. The solution is compatible with anionic, non-ionic, and cationic surfactants and is effective up to pH 8 and at varied temperatures. Notably, Isigard® GA 50 does not contain or release formaldehyde, supporting both innovation and safety across applications. Recommended dosage for home care is 0.02–0.2% w/w; optimal levels should be validated by product-specific testing
