Product Description
ADDITIN® RC 5202 is a water-soluble extreme pressure (EP) additive developed for demanding metalworking operations requiring enhanced load-carrying performance. Its sulfur-nitrogen chemistry provides effective protection under high-pressure conditions, making it particularly suitable for fully synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluid formulations.
Thanks to its excellent water solubility, ADDITIN® RC 5202 enables the formulation of oil-free aqueous EP systems and can also be added directly to metalworking solutions to boost performance during operation.

ADDITIN® RC 5202 is readily soluble in water-based concentrates with high water content and offers formulators a practical solution for increasing EP performance without the use of mineral oil. For optimized lubricity and anti-wear performance, it can be combined with complementary lubricity additives such as ADDITIN® RC 5010.
