LEWATIT® PH 1062 MDS

Product Description

Lewatit® PH 1062 MDS is a biopharmaceutical- and food-grade, gel-type, monodisperse, strongly acidic cation exchange resin based on a styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer. Because of its fine bead size, it offers improved purity and optimized recovery in chromatographic separations. The resin is delivered in its Na-form and can be converted to any other cationic type, as desired. Please follow our conversion recommendations available on request. For size exclusion chromatography Lewatit®  PH 1062 MDS is applied in its Na- or K-form, whereas in its Ca-form it can be used, e.g., for ligand exchange chromatography. This resin has been optimized for industrial scale chromatography of pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, food, and natural extract products.

Lewatit® PH 1062 MDS is manufactured, fully tested and validated in a 1,2-dichloroethane-free production process (also known as ethylene dichloride or EDC).
