Product Description

Rhenogran® HPCA-50 is a predispersed crosslinking activator and stabilizer (50% aminic co-activator/antioxidant in elastomer binder) for halogenated rubbers (CR, XIIR, ECO, CO) and acrylic rubbers (ACM, AEM). It enables fast, safe vulcanization and outstanding heat aging resistance. HPCA-50 can fully or partially replace MgO in CR and XIIR compounds, and guanidine accelerators (DOTG, DPG) in ACM/AEM, supporting safer, more sustainable formulations.

As a co-agent for lead-free curing of epichlorohydrin rubbers, it is used with triazine-based systems. The pre-dispersed form ensures low-dust, easy handling and uniform dispersion.
