Product Description
Rhenogran® WPD-70 is a pre-dispersed cellulose fiber masterbatch (68% wood pulp in SBR binder) for reinforcing both uncured and cured rubber compounds. It increases green strength, modulus, and flexural properties, while reducing cut growth and die swell.
The resorcinol-based resin system contained by the binder ensures strong fiber-to-rubber bonding, especially when used with a methylene donor (e.g., Cohedur® A 200). Rhenogran® WPD-70 is suitable for NR, SBR, BR, and CR, and is typically added early in the mixing cycle for optimal dispersion. It is black in color but it is color stable.
