Product Description

EMERALD INNOVATION® 3000 is a highly effective, sustainable brominated polymeric flame retardant for EPS and XPS foams. It provides an alternative to HBCD in EPS and XPS foam products. Its reduced tendency to retain water helps decrease the residual water content of EPS beads, supporting improved process efficiency. Stabilization is required for use in XPS production processes.
