Product Description

Kalama® Laevo-Citronellol (IUPAC: 3,7-dimethyloct-6-en-1-ol) is a high purity fragrance compound that delivers a very fresh, light rosaceous odor, prized in the creation of high-end rose accords. Compared to standard commercial grades, this laevo (L-) isomer offers a sweeter, cleaner scent profile, free of any "minty" off-notes.

This clear, almost colorless liquid is ideal for use in fine fragrances, personal care products, and floral compositions, where a natural, fresh rose top note is essential. It is particularly valued for enhancing the top note of quality rose fragrances.

Kalama® Laevo-Citronellol is Halal certified and Kosher certified (Pareve, non-Passover). As the product is easily oxidized, it should be protected from exposure to air and stored in tightly closed containers.
