ADDITIN® RC 5202

Water-soluble EP additive for water miscible metal working fluids

Additin® RC 5202 is a clearly water-soluble EP-additive used for severe metal working operations with fully synthetic fluids (e.g. ironing of tins or fine wire drawing).

Typical treatment levels in MWF concentrates are 3 to 15 %. For tank-side addition of metal working solutions 0,2 to 0,5 % are used.
  • fully synthetic metal working fluids (oil-free)
  • semi-synthetic metal working fluids (low oil content)
  • substitution of EP-emulsions by oil-free aqueous EP-solutions
  • tank-side-addition of metal working solutions
