Product Description

IR Absorber Component A, chemically known as 1,4-Bis[N,N-bis(4-N,N-di-n-butylaminophenyl)amino]benzene, is a yellow to olive green crystalline powder developed specifically for high-performance polycarbonate applications. When combined with IR Absorber Component B, it provides effective protection for polycarbonate filters and lenses used by welders or in environments exposed to laser beams.

The IR Absorber system (Components A and B) is incorporated by mixing with polycarbonate granules prior to processing via injection molding or extrusion, ensuring uniform distribution and consistent protective properties.

This technology enables the production of polycarbonate products with enhanced infrared shielding, improving safety and durability in demanding industrial and safety-critical applications.
