LANXESS does not sell or share your personal information with third parties. LANXESS does not knowingly sell, share, use for cross-context behavioral advertising, or disclose the personal information of children under the age of 16.

- Request to receive the information under right (1) in a format, to the extent technically feasible, that is portable, usable, and allows you to transmit the personal information to a person without impediment, where the processing is carried out by automated means.
- Request related to “sensitive” personal information or data. Note, however, LANXESS does not collect “sensitive” personal information or data from you. As such, we do not offer this right.
- Be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights under the CPRA. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CPRA.
VERIFYING YOUR REQUEST
For your safety and the safety of your information, we cannot fulfill a request to provide, correct, or delete personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. We need to confirm the personal information relates to you or the individual for whom you are a lawful agent.
