ADDOVATE® DD 1092

Product Description

Addovate® DD 1092 is a highly efficient emulsifier designed for the production of cellular elastomers based on NDI/polyester systems. This liquid additive ensures uniform distribution of reactive components and provides controlled foam formation with a consistent cell structure. With its high thermal stability and optimized viscosity, Addovate® DD 1092 enhances process reliability and reproducibility in the manufacturing of Vulkollan® components.

• Specifically developed for NDI/polyester-based cellular elastomer systems

• Optimized viscosity (~ 1200 mPa·s at 25 °C) for accurate dosing and homogeneous distribution 
• Fully compatible with crosslinker formulations containing Addovate® SM, Addocat® PP and Vulkollan® 2001 KS
