All disclosures are prepared in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the CSR Rules 2014 and have been reviewed and approved as required by the Board of Directors.

Further pursuant to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and in accordance with the ‘Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India in 2014 a policy on Corporate Social Responsibility has been formulated by the CSR Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
