The registered office of LANXESS India Private Limited is located in Thane approximately 15 minutes from the Eastern Express Highway and houses all local business units, group functions and the India Application Development Centre. LANXESS will be the majority user in the new building which is named “LANXESS House”.

The building was constructed taking various “green” factors into account. The building is energy efficient and has a built-in wastewater system – underlining LANXESS role as a pioneer in Green Chemistry and the commitment of the company when it comes to Corporate Responsibility.
