K-FLEX® 850P

Product Description

K-FLEX® 850P is a dibenzoate blend of diethylene glycol dibenzoate and dipropylene glycol dibenzoate developed specifically for vinyl applications. It is used in plastisol and melt-compounded PVC systems to increase fusion speed and improve compatibility, particularly when transitioning from traditional phthalates to alternatives such as DOTP. 

In melt-compounding applications, it reduces dry-blending time, improves roll tack, and contributes to dimensional stability and toughness in finished PVC articles. The product can replace from 15% up to 100% of a general-purpose plasticizer in vinyl formulations, providing formulation flexibility during raw material constraints.
