Headquarter of Jäger Bau GmbH in Bludenz

As if cast from a single mould: this is the appearance of the new company headquarters of Jäger Bau GmbH in Bludenz in beautiful Austria.

All above-ground parts of the building were made of colored exposed concrete using in-situ concrete construction. Load-bearing columns, ceilings and walls are made of smooth exposed concrete. Some of the floors are made of colored and diamond-cut concrete. The façade was constructed with prefabricated concrete curtain walls, which were colored with the same liquid paint. Colored exposed aggregate concrete slabs in the same shade as the building are laid on the accessible roof terrace.

Exposed concrete is thus present throughout the building, while the excellent formwork work and uniform coloring give the building a "one-piece" appearance. For coloration our brown high-quality Bayferrox iron oxide pigments have been used, which were supplied as a liquid color by our German distribution partner Harold Scholz & Co. GmbH.
