Balaram Khot
Backed by over 30 years of experience in the Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals industry, Balaram Khot is currently the Head of Production, Technology, Safety & Environment (PTSE) at LANXESS India. He has also been appointed as a Wholetime Director into the Board of Directors of LANXESS India Private Limited (LIPL) and LANXESS Solutions India Private Limited (LSIPL).
Khot started his career with Dow-Nocil and then moved on to work with Bayer India. He has experience in areas of Project Management, Maintenance, Operations and HSE. As General Manager – Projects, he led a lot of projects for various divisions of Bayer in India. He was appointed as Head of Bayer Technology Services, India in 2012. Since 2016, he was the Head of Engineering & Technology at Bayer India before joining LANXESS in July 2021.Khot started his career with Dow-Nocil and then moved on to work with Bayer India. Balaram Khot is married and has two sons. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys travelling and music.
