Registered stockholders and their proxies can join the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting electronically via the “Stockholders’ Portal” and in this way participate in the Meeting, exercise their stockholders’ rights and follow the video and audio transmission of the entire Meeting. Certain stockholders’ rights may already be exercised prior to the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting via the "Stockholders’ Portal" to the extent specified in the invitation to the virtual Annual Stockholders’ Meeting.
