Changes on the LANXESS Board of Management
Stephanie Coßmann, Labor Director and member of the Board of Management of LANXESS AG, will leave the Cologne-based specialty chemicals company at her own request on March 31, 2022, to pursue her professional career outside LANXESS.
Coßmann (48), who holds a doctorate in law, has worked at LANXESS since 2004. After various tasks in the legal department, she headed the Human Resources department from 2017. Since January 1, 2020, she has been a member of the Board of Management and Labor Director of LANXESS AG. She has been responsible for the Human Resources and Legal and Compliance corporate functions as well as for the Leather business unit.
