In addition, trimethylaluminum is widely utilized as a key precursor in advanced vapor deposition technologies, including CVD, MOCVD, ALD and related semiconductor manufacturing processes. Its high vapor pressure, excellent purity profile and controlled reactivity make it an ideal aluminum source for the deposition of ultra-thin aluminum oxide and aluminum-containing films.

These materials are essential for dielectric, passivation and barrier layer applications in microelectronics, semiconductor devices and display technologies.
