K-FLEX® 850S

Product Description

K-FLEX® 850S is a dibenzoate plasticizer optimized for waterborne latex applications, including adhesives and coatings. In VAE and PVAc emulsions, K-FLEX® 850S contributes to wet tack, extended open time, Tg suppression, reduced set time, and strong viscosity response, indicating compatibility and formulation flexibility . It is suitable for use in U.S. food packaging adhesives in accordance with applicable regulations and is not recommended for PVC applications. In coatings, including direct-to-metal and corrosion-resistant systems, it supports hardness development and salt fog resistance . The product is also used in high-speed corrugated packaging adhesives, bookbinding, labeling, wood glues, and related waterborne systems.
