Neutralizable EP-additive for water miscible metal working fluids
Additin® RC 5201 increases the EP-performance of water miscible metal working fluids, particularly fully synthetic metal working fluids used for severe metal working operations (e.g. ironing of tins or wire drawing). Typical treatment levels in MWF concentrates are 1 to 5 %.
Additin® RC 5201 is clearly soluble in water by neutralization with inorganic alkalizing agents or alkanolamines. Additin® RC 5201 is also applicable as solid additive increasing the EP-performance of greases.
