Zinc containing oxidation, rust and wear inhibiting additive package for hydraulic fluids
Additin® RC 9200 N is a "low zinc" hydraulic fluid package offering outstanding antiwear corrosion protection and antioxidant characteristics at low treatment rates of 0.6 % by weight. Additin® RC 9200 N can be used to formulate high performance hydraulic fluids with excellent thermal stability, hydrolytic stability and filtration properties even when extremely fine filters are used (according to ISO 13357 part 1-wet and part 2-dry).
Additin® RC 9200 N is ideally suited for use in hydraulic fluids for which the following high performance demands have to be met:
- very high oxidation stability (extended service life)
- high load carrying capacity
- good demulsification
- good corrosion protection against steel and non-ferrous metals
- good filterability
- excellent thermal and hydrolytic stability
