Product Description

ADDOVATE® EM is a non-ionic emulsifier developed for the production of PUR ester flexible slabstock foam. It enables homogeneous incorporation of water, catalysts, and polyester polyols into polyurethane formulations, supporting controlled foam formation and processing stability. Its compatibility with established catalyst systems and co-emulsifiers allows targeted adjustment of foam structure, including open-cell characteristics. ADDOVATE® EM is designed for industrial foam manufacturers requiring defined emulsification performance in ester-based polyurethane systems.
