Tristyrenated Phenol
Product Description
Tristyrenated phenol is used as a phenolic antioxidant and stabilizer in polymers and hydrocarbon based products. The compound reduces oxidative degradation, discoloration, and loss of mechanical properties in plastics, elastomers, and formulated systems during processing and service. It is further applied as an oxidation inhibitor in lubricants, fuels, oils, and greases to improve storage stability. In addition, tristyrenated phenol serves as a component in antioxidant packages and as a raw material for surfactants, particularly in agrochemical formulation aids.
