Matthias Zachert has been Chairman of the Board of Management of LANXESS AG since April 1, 2014. Previously, he was a member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of Merck KGaA.
Frederique van Baarle has been a member of the Management Board since April 1, 2023. Previously, she headed the High Performance Materials Business Unit.
Dr. Hubert Fink has been a member of the Management Board since October 1, 2015. He previously headed the current High Performance Materials business unit.
