Product Description
Rhenogran® P91 40/EPDM is a masterbatch of aramid chopped fiber pulp finely dispersed in an EPDM binder. This advanced reinforcement improves dimensional stability, green strength, and a broad range of physical properties—including modulus, hardness, abrasion and tear resistance, compression resistance, flexural strength, penetration resistance, shrinkage, and creep resistance—without affecting cure rate.
The polymer-bound, predispersed form enables excellent dispersion and easy processing, making it practical to achieve full reinforcement benefits without fiber agglomeration. Fiber orientation in mixing enhances composite performance.
