LANXESS raises prices for adipic acid

Cologne

Specialty chemicals company LANXESS is raising its prices for adipic acid with immediate effect. The increase amounts to an average of EUR 100 per ton and applies worldwide.

This decision reflects the ongoing, cumulative cost increases. These include significantly higher raw material costs.

Despite intensive efforts to mitigate cost increases and maintain stable prices, an adjustment is necessary to ensure the long-term reliability and sustainability of supplies.
