At SIMPPAR 2026, specialty chemicals company LANXESS will present its wide-ranging portfolio of aroma ingredients for fragrance houses. The international trade fair for raw materials in the perfume industry will take place on May 26 and 27 in Grasse, southern France, on the Cours Honoré Cresp. LANXESS will showcase a selection of high-purity, nature-identical aroma ingredients — ranging from floral and spicy scents to citrus, woody, and earthy notes. In addition, the company will also present its sustainable range of Scopeblue ingredients.
Nature-identical aroma ingredients for diverse applications
The LANXESS portfolio of high-purity, nature-identical aroma ingredients is divided into four categories: Floral, Earthy, Spicy, and Fruity. These ingredients form the basis of the olfactory notes that play a central role in perfumes, personal care products, household cleaners, food and beverages, as well as in animal nutrition.
Scopeblue products for improved sustainability and reduced carbon footprint
LANXESS actively supports its customers in achieving their sustainability goals. For each synthetic aroma ingredient in its portfolio, the company offers a “Scopeblue” product variant. Scopeblue products consist of at least 50 percent sustainable raw materials or have a CO2 footprint that is less than half that of conventional products. They are ISCC PLUS-certified according to the mass balance approach.
