Our Code of Conduct determines legal and ethical business practices, covering areas such as human rights, anti-corruption and data protection. To enforce these standards, we have a global compliance organization, led by the Group Compliance Officer, and offer a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week anonymous SpeakUp® system for reporting violations.
We are convinced that the principles of good governance must also apply in our collaboration with our business partners.
We maintain a zero tolerance policy on corruption, prohibit personal gain in business and ensure transparency in political contributions. Suppliers are also held to these standards, with violations potentially leading to contract termination. In addition, we comply with anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations.
Our Corporate Policy prioritizes safety, quality and environmental responsibility, and emphasizes continuous improvement and strong partnerships. This extends to our Tax Policy, which ensures responsible tax practices that contribute to society while complying with global regulations.
