In the LANXESS Trainee Program, our trainees get to know different departments and experience a range of tasks as well as taking on project responsibility. For young university graduates, a suitable career start is crucial to set the right course right from the beginning of their career. In addition to their very good education and successfully completed internships, many young professionals have also spent time abroad. They are highly motivated and have initial experience. Trainee at LANXESS

LANXESS offers various career entry opportunities for university graduates. In addition to direct entry, we offer the International LANXESS Trainee Program.

From engineering to marketing to controlling trainees - LANXESS offers opportunities in various specialist areas. There is certainly something suitable for anyone interested.

Exciting, varied tasks and projects, networking and personal support. This is exactly what LANXESS offers qualified university graduates in the Trainee Program. Over a period of 18 months, you will work in various departments and actively shape the Program with optional assignments. During the Trainee Program there is plenty of scope for orientation. You will get to know different tasks and projects during your training. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get an insight into other departments.

Through the range of assignments, you will get to know many national and international colleagues. This way you can build up a strong network. During the traineeship, you will be supported by experienced mentors who will accompany you throughout the entire training period.

Intercultural competence and an understanding of an internationally operating company are created through an allocation abroad. Through an assignment of several weeks in production, you will gain a fundamental understanding of our operations, which are the core of the company.
